The Ready & Resilient (R&R) for the Fight workbooks are full-color and are designed to be used by all Military branches when in a R&R class or retreat or are a great way to complete your home study of the R&R program. Each 4-lesson workbook is approximately 35 pages and includes research and information on the topics covered in R&R and questions that help you to delve deeper into your spiritual and/or religious beliefs. Each workbook includes a 5x7 mini-RAM.
